Certifications - Special Permits



ITW Sexton manufactures their standard products according to DOT 2P, DOT 2Q, and DOT39 specifications. The company also holds DOT exemptions for such high pressure gases such as R-22, R-134A, R-404A and R-402C.

ITW developed & holds several patents on pressure relief devices which allow for the containment of high-pressure gases. Our patented pressure relief device consists of a localized area on the bottom of each can designed to release at a minimum pressure between 250 psi & 571psi.
